I hope it is a better year for you and you find contentment or happiness or both. I am searching too and for some reason 09 just feels like it's going to be a good one.

I'll hope for a good '09 for us both!

Oh that is so very, very true. Rachel did EXACTLY the same thing today. They each have one job all week then it shifts, otherwise we are laid back. Due to my RA they HAVE to help, I can't do all the jobs myself. Rach is the temper tantrum one, and today, after 2 days of having o do everyones jobs because she refused to do hers, today, she went and did the jobs, whimpering resignedly and whispering to herself "I will not scream, I will not cry, I will do the job, and do the job right." And she did. Now I need to pay attention and see if I have been throwing a fit about anything, just in case. :)

Isn't it crazy the things we see in our kids? And of course, as soon as I saw it as a learning thing, I promptly fell into a private little fit of my own. The learning process, that journey of becoming what God would have us to be, I suppose, is never as easy as we'd like.
