And did I ever tell you that James LOVES the Boxcar books;) He’s reading them like crazy and of course I love seeing that!

I loved them as a kid, too. We didn’t get them until Griff was a little older and already onto bigger books, so he never really got into them.

I am sorry you didn’t get the promotion. But I am glad you still have so many things to be thankful for! Hope Eliza is feeling better.

Thanks… I’m getting over the disappointment. And Eliza is much better. We caught it early. And Griff has made up some wonky game that he plays with her to get her to take her antibiotic. That kid is looking at some extra happy coming to him one day soon.

Thanks. I was disappointed, but I’m in good company, and right or wrong, that comforts me. As for the weather, we were wondering today if the temps would drop below 70 this winter.

Sorry things are not going too well right now, but God is still in control. Things will get better sweetie.

That’s why I try to focus on the other things that are going really well. If I focus on the blessings, the disappointments aren’t quite so bad.
