Dr. Horribles Sing-Along Blog
Ok, so I’ve mentioned my Buffy love, right? For those of you who haven’t seen it, I first began watching because the dialouge was just so fabulous. Witty and sharp. And I love some well-written lines.
Joss Whedon wrote “Buffy”, and as it turns out, he also penned “Serenity,” “Firefly,” “Angel” and … ready, “Toy Story.” He’s directed episodes of “The Office,” and did a guest appearance on “Veronica Mars.” How could you not love this man?
This week, he’s releasing a short mini-series (like less than an hour short) on his blog. It’s got all sorts of groovy stars & it’s a musical. The musical episode of “Buffy” was one of my favorites! I have the soundtrack.
You can try to download it at the Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog website, but it’s gotten so many hits that the server crashed earlier today. Or you could just go to itunes and pay your $1.99 to download it right away. The first episode was available today, and two more will be available tomorrow and Thursday. I’m going to download them all and save them for the weekend when I can watch them all at once.
